Symptoms

qkview was collecting the file "/etc/ntp/keys" which in some cases, contains secret keys used for integrity verification of NTP messages.

Impact

Possibility for keys to be exposed.

Conditions

Execute qkview to collect diagnostic information.

Workaround

1. Do not execute qkview. 2. If executing qkview, do not share this file with untrusted parties.

Fix Information

With this release, qkview no longer collects this file.
