Prior to version 12.1, BIG-IP APM doesn't support connecting to VMware View remote desktops using Blast protocol. If a user attempts to connect though, they are presented with an obscure "HTTP error 500" message which doesn't clearly convey this protocol is not supported.
Minor, user may get confused with the error message.
