After encountering issues communicating with the Cavium nitrox3 chip(s), chmand cores repeatedly until the system is rebooted.
system can't go to Active state.
In very rare case, during system startup, after encountering communication issue with Cavium Nitrox SSL hardware accelerator card, chmand repeatedly restart and generate core file.
