Symptoms

On Windows 10, if f5vpn or F5epi applications are not installed on the user's machine, a message box is shown. This message box displays on top of the message displayed on the web page that shows instructions to the user about how to proceed.

Impact

User may get confused about what to do next.

Conditions

User connects to APM on Microsoft Windows v10 using Spartan browser. F5EPI/F5VPN applications are not installed on user's machine

Workaround

Close the message box.
