"perflow.category_lookup.result.url", despite its name, does not depend on the "Category Lookup" agent to be run or be present in a Per-Request access policy. This variable is available for every Per-Request policy that has access to HTTP data (If the policy operates purely on SSL data, then this variable will not be available for use).
The name of the variable incorrectly suggests that the "Category Lookup" agent is required for the variable to be populated.
