A third party package is used to optimize images when a corresponding AAM policy is configured to accelerate an application. After upgrade for a security purpose, some images no longer enter cache and continue to be served from original web server.
Some images used to be optimized with a previous (insecure) version of the third party package, no longer stored in cache and are served from original web server all the time.
