IKEv2 VPN tunnels fail to establish.
IPsec IKEv2 VPN tunnels fail to establish.
This occurs with IKEv2 on a specific 12.1.2 HF1 engineering hotfix.
Use IPsec IKEv1.
IKEv2 VPN tunnels now establish as expected.
