Symptoms

When there are no components installed and user launches Network Access resource using Edge browser, Edge browser prompts user to install f5-vpn from Windows Store. This is confusing because there is no f5-vpn application in the Microsoft Store.

Impact

Potential confusion, which might generate support calls.

Conditions

- No recent F5 Networks client components installed on the system. - APM configured. - Edge Browser is used.

Workaround

Have end users dismiss this dialog box and follow the prompts in the browser to download and install F5 client components.
