The following customization messages can be found by navigating to Access :: Profiles / Policies : Customization : General. Then on the left pane, click 'text' and go to customization settings, and then Access Profile, and click an access profile, error messages, and SecurID prompt messages. SecurID authentication: unexpected error SecurID authentication: invalid username SecurID authentication: invalid passcode SecurID authentication: invalid PIN These messages can never be seen by APM end user, so there is no need to customize them.
The APM end user will never see these messages, regardless of whether the messages are customized or default. The APM end user only sees 'access denied' or 'unknown error' messages.
