TCP Segmentation Offload is enabled.
Disable TCP Segmentation Offload by running the following command: tmsh modify sys db tm.tcpsegmentationoffload value disable
Deliver Integer Multiples of MSS to the TSO hardware when Nagle's algorithm applies.
