HyperV: Linux interfaces doesn't apply mtu less than 1500. This is as per RHEL Kernel and not a BIG-IP limitation.
The MTU value can't be changed to a value lower than 1500 for any interface.

Avoid applying an MTU smaller than 1500 for any network interface in a BIG-IP instance deployed in HyperV.
