Symptoms

Discovering and importing services in bulk for BIG-IP devices using a CSV fails without a message.

Impact

Unable to get a device inventory report.

Conditions

If a managed device is not reachable, the import will fail without a message and you will be unable to export the devices to BIG-IQ.
