Symptoms

When a FIX profile is attached to more than one virtual server, making specific edits to the profile may result in MCP crashing and restarting.

Impact

Traffic disrupted while mcpd restarts.

Conditions

A FIX profile is be in use and attached to more than one virtual server. You then edit the profile (and click "Update") in this order: - Change the Error Action from "Don't Forward" to "Drop Connection" - Add a new mapping to the Sender and Tag Substitution Data Group Mapping.

None

Fix Information

Prevented MCP from crashing when the FIX profile is edited.
