A connection failure occurs when a pool member picked by cookie persistence goes down.
Connection failure. The BIG-IP system tries to persist to the pool member that's down.

Auto reselection for cookie persistence now works when a pool member picked by cookie persistence goes down, so there is no longer a connection failure.
Previous behavior: The cookie is not deleted when reselecting a pool member. New behavior: The BIG-IP system removes cookie persistence for the server-side traffic when pool-member reselect fails (e.g., Connection Limit)
