Symptoms

When user tries to set up network access using the Wizards, the setup fails in the final step after confirmation of setup. A needed file does not get uploaded into the BIG-IP system, so when the BIG-IP system tries to instantiate the configuration, it fails with a 'General Database' error.

Impact

You receive a 'General Database' error on the last step of the wizard configuration. The configured setup is not instantiated.

Conditions

This occurs when configuring SecurID AAA using the setup wizard.

Workaround

Use the wizard and employ a different authentication protocol, such as RADIUS, and then edit the configuration and setup the SecurId server directly from the AAA configuration.
