Creation of tunnel object with full pathname (e.g., '/Partition_Name/Particular_iApp_Name.app/Tunnel_Name') longer than 64 characters will fail.
Prevents creation of tunnel object with pathname longer than 64 characters, including tunnel objects created by iApps.

Create tunnel object with name path less than 64 characters. When using iApp which creates tunnel object, keep the Partition name and iApp instance name short to reduce the chances that the full pathname of tunnel objects created by iApp will exceed 64-character limit.
