Some requests are not part of Requests log, though they are saved in the same place. BIG-IP administrator user can get access to them using Support ID.
1. A request is visible that the BIG-IP administrator expected to be deleted (till next request log cleanup) 2. A request is visible that doesn't answer to the logging profile criteria (e.g., request is Legal, while only Illegal are logged). 3. The request accessed using the Support ID is not visible when applying other filters, e.g., when filtering by time of that request.
