Symptoms

When data arrives before final ACK of TCP 3whs or inside final ACK of TCP 3whs, TCP doesn't generate CLIENT_DATA event. TCP only generates event CLIENT_ACCEPTED.

Impact

Connection stalls. Performance degradation.

Conditions

Whenever data arrives before final ACK of TCP 3whs or inside final ACK of TCP 3whs for a TCP connection.
