After inserting a new blade into a chassis, it is possible that one of that blade's volumes will report status 'installing hotfix' instead of 'complete'. Cosmetic. This has no effect on system behavior, only the display seen from 'tmsh show sys software'
This can occur after inserting a new blade into a chassis. The specifics conditions that result in the issue are unknown.
