Opened: Jul 26, 2017

Severity: 2-Critical

Symptoms

If you have a CNAME Pool and an AAAA, MX, NAPTR, or SRV pool in the same wide IP, running a 'list' command in TMSH shows only the CNAME pool.

Impact

-- Cannot properly view the full configuration through TMSH (e.g., list gtm or list gtm wideip) does not show the full configuration of wide IP with a CNAME-type pool. -- Cannot save the configuration that is not displayed by the 'list' command.

Conditions

-- A wide IP with a CNAME-type pool and an AAAA-, MX-, NAPTR-, or SRV-type pool. -- Running a 'list' command in TMSH, e.g.: - list gtm - list gtm wideip

Workaround

To view the full configuration, use a specific wide IP: list gtm wideip <type> <wideip>

Fix Information

Fixed an issue preventing certain types of GTM pools from showing up as configured under a GTM wide IP when a CNAME-type pool was also present.
