Rare HSB crash due to a double packet free. This can be observed by looking in the tmm logs for the following message: panic: packet_free: double free!
TMM crash, requiring reboot to recover. Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.
There is no known path to recreate this issue, which has been seen once.
