Symptoms

When you return to Access Guided Configuration after navigating to other BIG-IP menus, the page fails to render in Internet Explorer, as it stops running JavaScript.

Impact

You cannot use the Access Guided Configuration page in that state.

Conditions

Possible conditions 1. Very Low CPU memory available for Internet Explorer 2. Other Application running are consuming lot of memory which causes IE to assign very less memory and causes the javascript to be disabled by the browser. As a result page does not render

Workaround

As a workaround: -- Reload the page by refreshing the browser -- Close all Internet Explorer browser instances, restart the browser, and navigate to Access Guided Configurations again.
