If an FQDN ephemeral node exists for a given IP address, the user is still able to create a real node for the same IP address.
This should be prevented, but is allowed.
This can only be done by the GUI, not by tmsh or iControl REST.
Avoid creating such a node.
Validation now prevents this from happening.
