On tapping the LCD touchscreen, the screen lights up and the web page with the host IP address is displayed. However, the LCD is unresponsive to further taps and we cannot navigate through the LCD menu options. The 'LCD communication Error' critical alert is registered by alertd.
The system cannot be configured using the LCD menu. It was reported that the traffic flow is not affected.
Exactly what condition gets the LCD to this state is still unknown. Investigations are underway on why/how the 'LCD communication Error' affect the system and LCD.
