The performance of the per-request access policy with subroutines, even an empty one (in->out) is down by about 7%.
Maximum RADIUS TPS is degraded (~7%).
All of the following must be true for this issue to be exposed. 1) APM is provisioned. 2) An APM profile is attached to the virtual server. 3) A Per-Request access policy containing a subroutine is attached to the virtual server.
No workaround at this time.
