Symptoms

On Windows 10 RS3 update or higher, if drive mapping is configured in a Network Access resource, and that drive mapping resource does not require authentication, the drive mapping fails.

Drive mapping will fail

-- Applicable on Windows 10 RS3 update or above -- Drive mapping is configured and access to remote drive does not require authentication

Workaround

As a workaround, enable authentication for the remote drive.
