Incorrect BIGIP_GTMD_SERVER_NOIP_SNMP_STATUS_CHANGE_WHY_X SNMP message when deleting server with IP address.
Incorrect OID - Status mapping causing incorrect SNMP messages.
When deleting a GTM server with 0 < num_boxes (HAS ip), the SNMP message sent was using the OID ".1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.4.0.157" corresponding to BIGIP_GTMD_SERVER_NOIP_SNMP_STATUS_CHANGE_WHY_X (meant for no ip), while it should have been using OID ".1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.4.0.57" which corresponds to BIGIP_GTMD_SERVER_SNMP_STATUS_CHANGE_WHY_X (for servers with ip).
