Service outage because of tmm restart.
Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.
-- SSOv2 client initiated is configured. -- Sending a small POST request with a small payload (smaller than 4 KB).
There is no workaround at this time.
TMM no longer crashes when executing with an invalid client-initiated forms SSO configuration.
