May cause diagnostic issues as not all CCA messages cannot be tracked.

Impact

May hamper effective diagnostics.

Conditions

1. PEM with Gx/Gy configured 2. PCRF sends CCA's without a request type AVP

Workaround

Mitigation: Configure the PCRF to always include a request type in its CCAs.

Fix Information

Add a statistics counter to track CCA's that do not request type AVPs. Name of new counter:cca_unknown_type
