Opened: Nov 14, 2017

Severity: 4-Minor

Symptoms

The HTTP/2 configuration on the virtual server page allows separate selection of HTTP2 profiles for the client and server side. The selection on the server-side is ignored by the TMM unless a httprouter profile is attached by selecting the "HTTP MRF Router" checkbox.

Impact

The virtual will only use HTTP/1 to talk to the server, unless a http2 profile is used on the server side and a httprouter profile is attached.

Conditions

The virtual server page is used to configure a virtual with HTTP/2 on both client and server sides.

Workaround

Select the "HTTP MRF Router" checkbox to enable MRF and support for the HTTP/2 Full Proxy. This selection may disallow other incompatible profiles.
