Symptoms

After running the tmsh load sys config command, the BIG-IP configuration is reset but the Application Connector Service Center still appears as if it is deployed.

Impact

The Service Center looks like it is deployed, but it is not. If you try to interact with it you will get errors.

Conditions

This occurs when you are trying to reset the system to factory defaults, and Application Connector Service Center is configured on the device.

Workaround

If you are resetting a BIG-IP device configuration to factory defaults, run the clear-rest-storage command. The following two commands will restore the device to factory defaults and will also remove any iAppLX plugins that are deployed. clear-rest-storage tmsh load sys config default
