tmm continuously restarts when the Webroot database is getting downloaded to a BIG-IP system with less than 16 GB RAM and AFM provisioned.
tmm restarts. Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.

There is no workaround other than to ensure that more than 16 GB RAM is available when AFM is provisioned.
The BIG-IP system with less than 16 GB RAM and AFM provisioned now prevents downloading the Webroot database or any updates if it is not already downloaded. Note: If the Webroot database already exists before upgrade to this release, Webroot lookup will continue to work.
