Symptoms

When Active Directory is used for authenticating APM users and the user is required to change password on next APM logon, APM fails to update the password.

Impact

User is not able to change the password.

Conditions

- APM is licensed and provisioned - Active Directory is used for authenticating the users - When logging on to APM, user is asked to change the password

Workaround

There is no workaround.

Fix Information

APM end users can now successfully reset the password.
