Symptoms

Virtual wire can now be configured on BIG-IP Virtual Edition (VE).

Impact

You can use virtual machines (VMware ESXi) to create virtual wire configurations.

Conditions

Workaround

None needed. This is new capability.

Fix Information

Virtual wire can be created on VMware ESXi machines with VyOS switches. Both tagged and untagged traffic is working as expected.

Behavior Change

Virtual wire can now be configured on BIG-IP Virtual Edition (VE).
