Symptoms

There is no indication that there is an issue when a custom link to a hosted content page, within login.inc for example, fails to launch due to the appropriate profile not being associated to the hosted content. Lack of error messages and lack of log messages when the issue occurs hinders administrators' efforts to detect and correct the issue.

Impact

Page does not launch, and there are no errors posted or messages logged. Difficulty in diagnosing and correcting the issue.

Conditions

- URL to hosted content where the appropriate profile is not associated with the hosted content. - Present a link to that URL on an Access Policy, e.g., within logon.inc.
