The IPS stats tables are empty after upgrade from 13.1.0 to 14.0.0.
All statistics that relate to IPS are lost.

Before upgrading, run the following SQL command: update AVR_CONF_FACT_TABLES set export_dir='/shared/avr_afm' where fact_name="AVR_STAT_IPS";
The IPS stats tables are now saved in the '/shared_avr_afm' export directory.
