Symptoms

qkview may cause the following messages to be recorded in the /var/log/ltm message file: "Data publisher not found or not implemented when processing request (unknown request), tag (36022)." This is because qkview will attempt to collect all tables it knows about, even if they are not present.

Impact

Error level messages may appear in the LTM log, which may cause false positives for monitors.

Conditions

qkview is run on a BIG-IP that has not yet been completely provisioned.

Workaround

Ignore Data publisher errors when running qkview.
