Symptoms

F5 VPN app will quit in some cases when safari is configured with "Preload Top hit in the background" setting.

Impact

F5 VPN app will quit and network access will be disrupted

Conditions

- F5 VPN app has established network access with BIG-IP - Safari with "Preload Top hit in the background" setting - top hit website is BIG-IP virtual server (which is typically the on freshly installed system or browser with all types of cache cleaned).

Workaround

There are few workarounds - Preference -> Search -> "Preload Top hit in the background" - Visit other website before hitting BIG-IP to make other website 'top hit' - Relaunch the session again
