If the proxy configuration is deployed using DHCP option 252, then on establishing the VPN the client-side proxy configuration is ignored.
After VPN is established, connections to destinations will go through Network Access proxy as opposed to client side proxy
Web proxy auto detection (WPAD) is configured through DHCP
As a workaround, configure client-side proxy information in Internet Explorer configuration.
