Symptoms

Users with the Guest role cannot view event logs after upgrade.

Impact

Guest users cannot view event logs. Users with other roles can view event logs as expected.

Conditions

-- Upgrade BIG-IP software to 13.1.0.2 or later. -- Log on as a user with the Guest role and attempt to view the event logs.

Workaround

Delete and recreate the Guest accounts.
