Symptoms

The high availability (HA) status on the primary node can show green/success even though the secondary node is unable to get a heartbeat message from the primary. The secondary node will show the failed status.

Impact

This can give the user false confidence that the pair is operating correctly. There is no risk of data loss in this scenario

Conditions

For this scenario, both the primary and secondary must be running. The connection between the primary and secondary needs to be blocked or not functional for port 443 (https).
