When handshake is done, a close_notify alert is not sent if unclean_shutdown is disabled.
SSL close_notify alert is not sent when it should be sent.
Unclean_shutdown is disabled in SSL profile.

When unclean_shutdown is disabled, the SSL now send close_notify alert. The fix may introduce a behavior change if configured an iRule with 'SSL::disable' and 'HTTP::redirect'.
