Symptoms

CTU 7160 and below cannot delete all OPSWAT version 4 (v4) files after installation. Only the registry entries are deleted.

Impact

Client SDK component DLLs are not getting updated.

Conditions

CTU v7160 or earlier is used to delete DLLs.

Workaround

Delete the f5OesisInspectorCom.dll from Downloaded Program Files.

Fix Information

Now, CTU deletes all the OPSWAT v4 related files, so the right components get updated.
