A client can fail to connect to the server on subsequent attempts if using FastL4 with hardware (HW) acceleration. When this issue occurs, the profile_bigproto_stat/rxsynatestablished stat is non-zero.

Clients fail to connect to the server.

A FastL4 virtual server is configured with offload_state = EST.

There is no workaround other than to disable PVA acceleration.
