If a policy is exported and then imported with 'reuse' it rewrites objects on the server instead of simply reusing them.
-- 'Reused' objects on the system are modified. -- Policy A requires 'apply', because objects shared with Policy B are overwritten.
-- Exporting profile A. -- Importing profile B, with 'reuse' configured. -- The objects in both profiles are named the same and are the same type.
None.
Access policy import with 'reuse' option enabled no longer rewrites shared objects
