Severity: 3-Major

Symptoms

Non-default Administrator accounts cannot access all expected sections of the Configuration Utility if the default admin account is disabled, with alternate used instead.

Impact

Configuration Utility access is limited, and some pages may time out and report 'Error getting auth token from login provider.' /var/log/restjavad.0.log shows errors similar to: [I][258][13 Aug 2019 14:01:11 UTC][8100/shared/authn/login AuthnWorker] Cookie D18790265B5FC34BD840152352E288D3617069C82 failed to login from 1.10.10.10 using the tmos authentication provider

Conditions

-- Default Administrator account (admin) is configured as disabled, with any alternate admin account selected instead. -- Any Administrator user accounts other than the default 'admin' are created and utilized.

Workaround

After changing the admin account from default to an alternate, restart restjavad: bigstart restart restjavad
