Licensing fails with the following error in /var/log/ltm: Curl request to metadata service failed with error(45): 'Failed binding local connection end'
The BIG-IP system fails to activate and cannot pass traffic.
-- BIG-IP Virtual Edition (VE) has provision.1nic enabled. -- The default 'internal' VLAN for the dataplane has been given a different name.
Use 'internal' as the name for the 1nic dataplane VLAN interface.
Licensing no longer fails in 1nic BIG-IP VE instances when the 1nic dataplane VLAN name is changed to a custom value from its default name 'internal'.
