GUI SSL certificate page shows garbled characters if its subject contain utf-8 characters. For example, GUI does not display utf-8 character (A-Umlaut) correctly in certificate Subject.
This is a GUI display issue; there is no functional impact.
View a certificate in GUI which has a subject containing utf-8 characters in it.
View the certificate through TMSH or iControl REST.
