If a managed BIG-IP device experiences connectivity issues, it stops sending statistics data to BIG-IQ. Connectivity issues can occur for devices in a service scaling group (SSG) deployed in an AWS environment, because of a device-inactivity alert and a moderate health status.
BIG-IQ does not receive the statistics data for the affected BIG-IP device.
