Symptoms

IPv6 SCTP traffic not passing after CMP-hash reconfiguration.

Impact

After changing the configuration, SCTP traffic will not pass.

Conditions

When the CMP hash is changed in certain ways, SCTP traffic may stop passing.

Workaround

Restart TMM to pick up the configuration change. If existing connections are cleared using "tmsh del sys conn" _before_ the configuration is changed, traffic may continue to pass.
